Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are smooth gel fillers used to soften unwanted wrinkles and restore natural contours.
The use of fillers can eliminate wrinkles, plump, and hydrate lips, replace soft-tissue volume loss, and place volume in creases and folds of the face. As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines, especially due to decrease in collagen production over time, sun damage and muscle movement.
Great for smile lines, frown lines, cheek contour, chin dimpling, smoker’s lines, jawline, under eye hollows, and of course, lip volume.
Lip Filler
Refreshing the appearance of your lips is an easy and inexpensive way to restore youthful vibrancy to your entire facial appearance, improving the appearance of your smile. A lip augmentation procedure with hyaluronic acid fillers replenishes fullness and volume, restores symmetry, and adds definition to the lips while reducing the appearance of those pesky vertical lip lines.
Patients can expect a short recovery after their lip augmentation procedure, with little to no downtime. While the lips may be mildly swollen, red, and sore for the first one to two days, these side-effects will resolve quickly. Light bruising is also common. There is no restriction on returning to work after a filler session, however the swelling, redness, and bruising may warrant an afternoon at home to recover. Exercise should be postponed for the first 24 to 48 hours after any filler injections. Makeup can also be worn again right away.
The benefits of lip augmentation can be seen immediately. Fillers can provide results that will last from nine months to a year or more. As soon as the benefits start to fade, a second treatment can be safely performed.

Am I a good candidate for injectable fillers?
If you are unhappy with fine lines, deep wrinkles, or the loss of facial volume associated with early aging, then a dermal filler may be right for your needs. Patients should be in generally good health, understand the injectable filler process, and hold realistic expectations. We will examine your facial tissues and review your medical history to determine the right treatment for achieving your aesthetic desires.
